  1. Welcome to the real world, communications aren’t this simple. You already have /dep
  2. Name: BigTommy Comment: Fuck I wish I could copy and paste as good as you, fucking robocop….
  3. Username: Chadbadass2023 Comment: Interesting how SD called LS Insider to break their own story… failed to leave out the fact that an SD detective gunned down a G6 officer in COLD BLOOD the day before this.
  4. Username: Jew Jitsu Master 2022 Comment: Par for the course, SD shooting an innocent then taking their rage and harassing G6 over it! #defundLSSD
  5. -1 IC Issue, similar to the Mirror Park situation which was mitigated ICly.
  6. SAY. IT. AGAIN. FOR. THE. PEOPLE. IN. THE. BACK.
  7. Completely wrong. I've been in law enforcement for 10 years myself in real life and can say that while we generally do wind up with an arrest in many cases, around half of our calls for service do not result in an arrest. ESPECIALLY in a city like Los Angeles, approximately %50 percent of cases are considered solved/have an arrest generated. This does not even include crime that goes undetected/unreported to police. https://www.ppic.org/blog/a-large-proportion-of-crime-goes-unsolved-in-california/#:~:text=In 2020%2C about 45% of,was in the late 1980s. https://uncovered.com/states/california-cold-cases/los-angeles-ca Not to mention the over availability of technology which is easily available in the universe of GTA (GSR Kits, Firearm Detection/FED K-9's, etc) which is able to be brought up with nothing more easier than a /me.
  8. I knew the MP houses were way out of control, the only Davis area house I knew of a price recently went for 500k, but the last place I bought was my Flat at 1068 for 70k around a year or 2 ago.
  9. Good point. There actually was a thread/discussion at one point about an IRS faction that would ICly investigate these sorts of issues and pursue those who have massive penthouses, mansions, and sports cars, yet without a job. I haven't bought a house in a while on the server, but is it still that Davis houses cost more than an apartment, and even a massive penthouse? I think the over-availability of 'luxury' on the server also contributes a bit to this issue. What may seem luxury to those of us in the real world has become standard on GTAW.
  10. Mean's you're playing the game right. Honestly, gonna throw a hot take out here and I think @borhoi will agree with me. A large amount of the more realistic roleplayers are found around Vespucci & Davis. They roleplay as poor, impoverished characters living in a ghetto. Either hold one job, or none, and sell dope and commit minor crimes, and provide a pretty accurate (for a game) portrayal of street gangs. Sure, some of them have /nicer/ cars, but that can be attributed to the skewed economy and the fact decent cars can be purchased for such a cheap price, and the overall lack of availability of older vehicles. (Not classics, think mid-late 90's and early 2000's vehicles you see in ghettos, Nissan Altimas, old Corollas and Impalas etc)
  11. The RPQM process exists to keep the server realistic & balanced. An overwhelming amount of character's seem to think they're the "main character" and have multiple jobs, multiple cars, and unrealistic assets. As time goes on, accounts will age, and player's will have more and more time to accumulate these assets. Therefore, as time goes on and the player base increases, we can reasonably assume that the RPQM rate WILL indeed go up. The RPQM process is vetted, and administrators review the report for legitimacy prior to even contacting the reported player. If you say that your years of RP development has led up to this, that doesn't necessarily justify your RP development. "We've always done it this way" may mean you've simply been leading yourself into an RPQM situation without even realizing it. You state it's you and everyone you know, maybe it may be the group of individuals you adopt with have a hive mindset which has led to this. I would recommend reviewing your own assets, behavior, and what led up to your RPQM, and moving on. It's only a game.
  12. +1 it wont hurt a thing
  13. This has been fixed by @Welsh in game. Please L & A.
  14. You're saying someone hacked into my account and PURCHASED a name change and then redeemed it to change my character's name but never played on it?
  15. I've actually heard about a true disk based memory leak, but it makes no sense if only RAGE MP is doing it.
  16. Hello, One of my character names changed this morning to "Akari Smithh" - It changed it in game and on the UCP, however, it did not reset my /examine, age, or character attributes. I'm not sure how this happened, I have not paid for or redeemed a name change in months.
  17. @Buster This exact issue was happening to me, I ended up turning off Nvidia Shadowplay & using the Windows game bar to record instead and that fixed it.
  18. This is actually really cool, +1
