You can't put a leash around characters, especially ones that aren't roleplayed by yourself. I think (M)'s running rampant is based on the fact people do not know how to handle/react to situations. Everyone wants to be the big cock and go the hardman route of handling the issue. One thing I've noticed is, they'll match your energy whenever you try confront them IG about things. It's all down to how YOU roleplay and handle it. Someone mentioned above that "13 year olds starting brawls in adult establishments", why are they being let into adult establishments and why can't you go solve that issue IG? Don't get me wrong I've encountered some characters who were 100% there to troll, just don't entertain it and you'll be good. You're making OOC suggestions for an IG, character-specific problem. I also understand where it's coming from. But you're not solving the issue, it's just more fuel in the fire for people to rage about.
