The API Connection OOC This faction aims to accurately portray the development and survival capabilities of minority races inside the Criminal Justice System in Los Santos County. Primarily Asian and Pacific Islanders, although many fall under the "Others" category. Though not at the same level as the other racially aligned groups inside of the system, they push through their minority status with willpower, discipline, and little compassion for failure. This thread will follow the development of a group of Asians and Pacific Islanders inside TTCF that're picking up from the left-overs of The Other Car. The name of the thread 'The 3%' comes from the statiscal amount of so called 'Others' in TTCF. PM @API, @Fudge or @miguelito for inquiries or questions.
