I think civilian life at the moment is very boring. You rely on the few bars and clubs to open up from those who were able to lease or buy one and then once it closes you are back to either grinding or driving around looking for RP somewhere hoping you don't get robbed. I think this can be solved with more RP businesses and making them more easily accessible without having to grind to get one. For instance someone with a unique business idea, that could bring RP to the server and get individuals engaged in more RP could apply for that specific business to be able to lease it or purchase. Right now the current system is only promoting specific bars, clubs, garages and liquor stores to be leased while we have to wait for a blank business auction that will most likely cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.. The grind cycle continues. Our characters RP gets pushed aside for script jobs because we dont have the ability/money to RP what we want. With the addition of the blank interior, I think it would be a good idea to get a mapping team together. They could map out general interiors for restaurants, stores and other non bar related businesses. These can then be added to leased businesses. The team could also be useful for factions and mapping out HQs.

When trying to purchase and edit furniture items around my house I am always kicked for being AFK when trying to position the items correctly. If we can find a way to disable the timer or have it register that we are not in fact AFK but editing this would be wonderful.

In search of one female model at the moment for a business publication. Previous modeling experience is not necessary but helpful. Would it be possible to add in /wardrobe or /closet at our house or business so we can change clothes? I haven't found where we can do this at, so forgive me if it's already in.

I can set up a free station no problem but that would require me to be the auto DJ and have it run 24/7. Which I cannot do. Also the free providers are sometimes a pain in the butt when changing to different live DJs.

Twitch is laggy for some while in game and constantly has to buffer. I've seen it done in another community as well and didn't like it. What I am talking about is an actual radio station and DJs would need to use a broadcasting program such as SAMs. I have SAMS for anyone needing it, and if anyone on the Admin team needs help navigating and setting things up please PM me and will do my best to help out.

My suggestion is for a community ran radio station with live DJs. The station could be on the streamable stations list and be heard by all. And there is a way to set it up that if there is not a live DJ on the air that an auto DJ would take over. We could set up a request line in game for player requests, do shoutouts and fun little quirky games on air and it could help encourage community events. The radio would be completely IC, So DJs would need to remember that especially if they will be talking on air and such.

I actually love this idea as someone who is still not too familiar with the map.
