I lost an Uncle to the Death Penalty when he was falsily accused and sentenced to death for "murdering a family of 6". The other issue IMHO is that truck's capacity sizes should be increased, and the Boxville should be swapped out for something else (because it is tediously slow). Realistically, I could fit more than 5 boxes in a Speedo and more than 8 boxes in a Boxville (which is a special delivery purpose vehicle)

A couple of speedbumps in some low-income locations (like The Grove), and few speedbumps and mainly camera's in higher income locations (around Star Tower, perhaps?) would seem like a great compromise. However, I see this going better through an IC thing with the Department of City Planning.
