Not entirely what I meant, I should've expounded upon it. I assume a drug system with dynamic growth will eventually come around, I meant strawman for regular factions would be great. There should be a means for unofficial factions to have their own dynamic supplies.

In agreement with OP, the supplier system wasn't perfect but restricting guns/drugs to only official factions is just incentive for people to metagame. I suggest, in collaboration with what Notbond's suggestion, that when you apply for turf, your faction is then awarded the abilities.

Certainly, but the fault should lie with the player if they're being contacted for a punishment and the admin exhausts all options (forums, game, discord) in contacting the player.

I don't see any reason why not, but the issue then lies with the fact not everyone uses discord/the forums. I think an in-game message-leaving system for staff would be the best case scenario.

You can choose certain accessories depending on ped skin and there is an accessory option in the clothing menu. I'm not certain you can use backpacks, though - I know you can get glasses, headphones, and stuff like that.

The client has a lot of inconsistencies - the memory leak is the most likely explanation here, the only thing you can do is periodically relog.
