Add debit cards with pass codes. A hard limit on the amount of cash you can withdraw from an ATM with a bank card before you need to be at a bank. (example $5,000) A hard limit on the price of a purchase before you have to insert a pass code. (Otherwise it'd be contactless) A way to ping the location where the card was last used so if it is reported to the police, it can be tracked. An automated call system where you can give the card owner's name (your name) and the pass code, which then locks the card out from usage. Head to a bank to retrieve a new one. Add credit cards with pass codes and a limit depending on your assets. Helps all sorts of RPers purchase items using credit (example a $20,000 limit) and then pay it off over time (example at midnight repay 5%) Opens opportunity for people who are dead broke to purchase things using credit. Also opens up the opportunity for the repo man to come knocking If a credit card gets swiped and abused, it would not affect the owner of the card if they report it to the police and can prove the card was stolen. While it can be a difficult process irl, the server could make it pretty easy to wipe stolen credit to make things fair. The server's going all in with the idea of finances being tracked by the in-game government. Why not add more depth to the system? Suggestion gets my vote EffPee!

If there's strict OOC rules against gentrification, I want everyone with nice cars in South Central to be kicked out of their properties. Everyone that's furnished their apartments/houses in South Central to an upward value of $400,000+ to be kicked out of their apartments. You get the idea. It's the better housing option for them currently. Someone stated earlier that Sandy Shores has a community of 50+ but everyone RPs indoors. So why are you guys so bothered by a few rich home owners that RP outdoors in Sandy Shores? If it's not "there's too much crime in Sandy Shores", it's "there's too many rich people in Sandy Shores!" Sandy Shores isn't some utopia where a select community sets their own standards on the type of vehicles you must drive to live there. Leave them rich people be. Players need to be limited to one property per UCP account. Real estate agents need to be the middle men to get homes sold rather than owning more than one property themselves. Etc.

No better housing options if you role play rich. Server should limit house ownership to one property per UCP account. Start evicting property owners with less than a 1.0 average of activity per month. Make it easier to know who owns a property and check another user's recent login activity so that property reports are made simpler. Perhaps an anonymous activity checker using map.gtaworld where the actual owner of the property isn't visible but their asset wealth/activity/recent logins are. Let those expensive car driving folk be until the alternatives open up.
