I've requested to get my pilots license throught blaine 2 weeks ago. Never heard anything back, Hard to get intouch with them. Though I understand the point of having lessons and exams to get this license, It is very important that the guys appointing them are active, And since I cant tell that they are I think it will be best to change this system so Its easier to obtain a pilots license, By like giving a lessons and exam in one hour. So it will be less requesting from the instances who need to hand them out.

21 August 2019 Whilst roaming the streets of Los Santos Tyler found a job, A truck driver for a local company. Working 12 hours a day for his paycheck he is looking to buy his first house, His parents wouldn't be proud of his career choice but hey he does not care less.
