It was known that during the years of 2018 to 2019 there was some sort of hidden criminal organisation who was running the show in Vespucci. However, after events from earlier this year, it was assumed that members of the illicit crime group has vanished. Nevertheless, the recent events the LSPD has stumbled upon made them assume that an organization of similar structure is operational. The 20th of January this year, a male body was found floating in the Vespucci harbor it's presumed the young-male was between 18 to 22 years old. after locating a entrance wound to the back of the head. An autopsy was scheduled and they found a singular 9MM bullet embedded in the skull of the male. The event coincides with the high raise of drug dealing in the neighborhood. Law enforcement today released a statement after three arrests connected to The Ibragimov Gang. The three members are known as henchmen within the gang that ran drug operations in western Los Santos from their Vespucci "headquarters". A number of households in Vespucci, Morningwood and West Vinewood were raided by a joint taskforce from LSPD and LSSD. A LSPD spokesperson stated to the press, "The raid of the Morningwood household the LSPD found two assault rifles, heroin, and a small quantity of Marijuana." FAKE LICENSES By Michael Westbrook | September 17, 2017 The small package was wrapped in a Armenian newspaper when it arrived, protecting a thin box holding a necklace. But the necklace was cheap. What was important was hidden under a layer of foam: Fake licenses. The 19-year-old Armenian-American Anton Ghazarian ordered the IDs. Tired of not being able to go out with his friends, and had organized the purchase online from Armenia for himself and a few Vespucci Beach friends, using an email address given to him by a friend. Fake IDs have been a ULSA campus accessory since 1984, when the age for buying and publicly possession of alcohol was set to the age of 21. But forget old-school resources like an sibling and Photoshop. The numbers of fake ID's from Armenia has increased steadily in the last few years, said George Johnson, chief of the Los Santos Mail Branch at Los Santos International Airport, where officers seize a package almost every day. From January 2015 to September 2017, 5,561 Armenian-made counterfeit IDs were intercepted. “Quite frankly, some of them look pretty good,” Mr. Johnson said. Finding the IDs, which are hidden within a variety of objects, including picture frames and old phones, requires careful examination as well as common sense, according to Peter West, watch commander at Los Santos International Airport. As in: “Why would somebody send a $1 or $2 picture frame to a college town?” There’s also a significant spurt from March to November, when students, presumably, stock up on school supplies.
