Founded in 2023, by the late Bill Diamantis, Del Perro GoKarts aimed to provide a fun venue with a beautiful view. Bill hired competent, reliable Flag Runners and Announcers to help him with the Day To Day Operations. Later that year, around the Christmas Holidays, Bill Diamantis' life came to an unfortunate end. In memory and respect for Bill, Del Perro GoKarts was leased to one of his former staff, Krys Rexler, who sought to keep the business alive and thriving. How long are your openings that a Bartender is making 4,000 alongside your guards, who are doing more work to earn that 4,000 than a Bartender is? That math and payscale is not at all Profit-friendly. Bartenders should be making less and keep what they make in tips. I tip well if my bartender actually puts effort into their RP, other than, '/me turns around, grabbing a glass of whiskey and offering it to *CHARACTER*' Guards, I can see 4K, but again, is that 4K an hour? 4k an opening? How long is this opening that is deservant of 4k?
