Everyone talking about admins busy all the time, come on, I see a few of them chit-chatting in Discord 24/7. They simply don't wanna handle it.

Anyway, I am happy to see that this thread, aparting for Martonaro's immature behaviour and cringefest, has a point. Because people here are even contradicting an admin in this rule. MEANING IT NEEDS A CLARIFICATION.

Grow up? Man, you don't know me and you're taking it PERSONAL and then you talk about crying when you're the first and only one who started to talk about it in a personal way. Don't talk to me or my person ever again, you don't know me, talk about the game, the rules, my faction, my character, not about me, don't you dare. I've never been involved into illegal gambling with this character. So, I don't even know why you're referring to me or my group of people doing that. Only Casper does it, and it's his own problem. Well, you guys keep on talking about realism and real life, you don't understand there are rules. IRL you can rob on a motorbike too, here you can't. If we can perform something IRL doesn't mean you can do that in here. Not gonna respond anymore, waiting for an admin to clarify this rule. You guys simply cannot understand at this point and, according to the bolded text, you like to violate the rules on purpose too.

Uh... I've never tried to put the personal issues inside this thread, ever. In fact, I did state in the first post the fact it is NOT your fault, but the rule is NOT clear. Also, I wasn't ever robbed by any of you lol But then, someone of Martorano goes: And then, I had to respond accordingly. This is all about the rule clarification. This might be the first time I can finally understand a point of view. Because it’s not about smartness or character portrayal, it’s about rules. I want an admin to confirm that, if someone posts an illegal ad and for some reason goes through, we can perform a scam or a robbery through that, according to rules. This is all I’d love to hear, but I need it to be stated out loud finally. Thank God someone helped me about illegal poker ads: You guys shouldn't blame people for their portrayal or admins not checking ads if you don't inform yourselves first.

Illegal ads are against the rules. And the rule saying that you cannot perform robberies/scam through advertisement doesn’t make any exception, because of the fact all the ads have to be legal. Im not here trying to check on who’s the smarter person, but I am only speaking about what rules say.

Man, illegal ads are against the rules. And, performing robberies through ads is against the rules. So, yes, if the poker games are considered illegal whoever place the ads should be kicked or whatever according to the rules, it needs to be handled in a OOC level. But I’m not informed if poker outside of casinos is legal or not.

The rule doesn’t make any exception to what kind of ad you are approaching. You cannot perform a robbery approaching someone posting an ad about anything. Basically, you are contradicting over and over in your own post. Also, you are confirming that the rule is not clear. Because, in here, you still believe you can rob someone approaching through his advertisement…. Which is clearly been said it cannot be done.

According to what happens in the server daily, no, it's not. But, I get your interpretation of it, which is the correct one. But I believe we need to help everyone to be able to get it correctly to prevent problems.

An Official Faction, Martorano, is performing daily robberies approaching poker players who post advertisements(see here: [George Apalo, Mask_20A20_46, Mask_E527E_2, Mask_91DBA_50] [1,3,10] - Player Reports - GTA World Forums - GTA V Heavy Roleplay Server) I'm sure they performed more than one robbery with the same modus operandi. I'm posting this report because it's clearly confirmed that they approach people through the ads system: Before the faction flames me I want to state that If they keep on performing these actions I'm sure it's not their fault, but it's because the rule is unclear and the admins are not punishing every individual in the same way. Because, I'm sure admins are well aware of these robberies to happen, but they've never been stopped. But, as you can see from the screenshot above, there are people who get punished for the same approach to the robbery. So, before I do it but get punished or get reported and punished for something OTHER people are allowed to do: SUGGESTION: PLEASE, clarify the rule itself and use only one way of judgment. Because the rule says: And people believe that they CANNOT use ads they post to do it, but they can use other people ads to perform robberies. Quoting the punished player in the report by Viscaria:

Detailed Description Easy at it seems. A command "/isafk ID" to check how much time till that player has performed his last interaction with the server. Maybe from a min distance to avoid stalking and abuse. Relevant Commands/Items /isafk ID How will it benefit the server? I am well aware of Wuhtah responding to the last suggestion with: But this is not working out. Because, if I try to handle the robbery as I am roleplaying at all times and ignoring the fact he's AFK but roleplaying accordingly to his non-cooperation, I've been said it was wrong for me not to /report the individual. But, if I report the individual, I have to hope for an admin to pick up my request and bother an admin for a simple AFK kick. People go AFK in alleys too much, and it's the best place where you can perform a safe and clean robbery. Not to mention many people could abuse the fact they are alone to pretend they are AFK not to be robbed. And, if you are unlucky and in the waiting time a police car approaches you, you're not even allowed to explain the situation because "we need to RP at all times", which is true, but it's a disadvantage if you interact with an afk person.

After the new update, we need to clarify this. There’s a poker game happening in a house. The door is unlocked. A group of people wants to rob the players inside. Do they have to /breakin and report?
