I think a lot of people that do commit crime in this server more time than others get caught. With the ability of forensics and good policing. I've got the game straight through Rockstar and I'm not using Steam at all. For whatever reason, every mod that I'm trying to install. I install correctly through openIV, I archive fix everyone etc. The mods work in singleplayer but when I try to go onto GTA W or any RageMP server the mods do not show at all. The mods are just simple retextures. Anyone know the reason why?
