  1. I think a lot of people that do commit crime in this server more time than others get caught. With the ability of forensics and good policing. You’re making it seem like all criminals get away, stop that. You’re giving out a false sense of how it is on this sever when it’s by far from the truth. Down grading SD and PD also telling people who aren’t particularly in tune with the illegal side a really shit view of how it definitely isn’t.
  2. Are you okay? They wasn’t implying people should be allowed to go around and kill people at will without reason. They’re arguing the stupid argument of saying “ITS DAYLIGHT, YOU CANT KILL” which is the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard. Of course people shouldn’t kill other people let’s say infront of a police station. Not really smart at all, on drugs or not. But the stupid argument of “well, I’m at the beach. Realistically they’d be 100000 people here!” no, it’s a server that’s a simulation of real life. If there’s no one around to witness the murder, then you should be allowed to murder the person (obviously if you have an actual reason before you start) The only reason this argument is even being had is because of Rule 0 where it allows the said admin to bend the rules to their will if they feel it to be “unrealistic”

  4. BANDIDOS OUTLAW MOTORCYCLE CLUB (OMC) 1966, San Leon, Texas: The Bandidos are formed to combat mistreatment of Vietnam veterans returning home by fellow veteran, Donald Chambers. "The members of the Brotherhood wanted respect, recognition and freedom for their actions. The laws of society had denied exactly these points. As club colors, the colors of the U.S. Marine Corps were selected: Red & Gold." The Bandidos have grown to become an internationally known group - though not all like-minded. July 2007: "Though we share a common name and a similar patch, we are no longer associated with Bandidos MC in Europe, Asia and Australia. Leaving us to get back to our roots, embodying the true meaning of Motorcyclism." Bandidos is well known for expanding at a fast rate, with a whopping 210 chapters in over 22 countries and their fast expansion in North America is a testament to how serious the Bandidos are. Today, the United States is home to ninety-four chapters of the Bandidos Motorcycle Club, across seventeen States. These states spread from Texas to the North and West. The latest state to join the ranks, San Andreas, is home to the Los Santos chapter. Bandidos have been seen in mass gatherings at the bordering states to San Andreas with clear intention from their National President , whose reign has shown to be just as violent as his predecessors, is to set a new chapter in San Andreas as an aggressive expansion of turf for the Bandidos. The Bandidos are no newbies when it comes to violence, when Bandido members engaged in a gunfight outside of a restaurant based in Albuquerque with a rival motorcycle club, known to be called as 'Wheels of Souls'. This altercation left two Wheels of Souls members hospitalized from gunshot wounds in which one of them was left paralyzed from the waist down. Currently as it stands to this day it's recorded by local law enforcement officials that the numbers of the Bandidos OMG has shot through the roof yet again, local news have reported of a mass brawl outside of a Vespucci based business where it was caught on CCTV in regards to an article referring to gang activities in such area. A handful of Bandidos OMG members were seen brawling Mongols MC members leaving them bloody and beaten. This is one of many examples of the crime increase from the vicious gang whom are known to be more than happy to be on the offense in comparison to be defensive. It's widely known that the outlaw motorcycle-gang oftenly covers its tracks and bloody mess with engaging with a number of legal activities which have been proven to be a course of "money laundering" which led Benjamin Garza, aged 28 a member of the Bandidos SA chapter in prison. Crimes being committed from the gang have a massive range from petty thief crimes to federal. This huge increase will more than likely continue and rise even further officials have stated with the random "crime spree pattern" the individuals of the club are on. Bandidos OMG SA chapter's ties run heavily in regarding to the mother chapter which is based out in Texas whom have ties with the very known as the hyper extreme violent Zetas Cartel published out in a Federal Bureau of Investigations report. It is stated within the report that. "The Bandidos are involved in transporting and distributing cocaine and marijuana. The gang is also tied to the manufacture as-well-as distribution of methamphetamine, information which was revealed by the U.S Department of Justice (DOJ). Because of their transnational scope, these Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs) are able to coordinate drug smuggling operations in partnership with major drug trafficking organizations like Los Zetas, Gulf Carte, CDS, etc." It also mentions that the partnership between the two both Zetas and Bandidos allow the cartel to have their narcotics put throughout Bandidos forted territory without putting a risk to any of themselves at the same time.

  6. I've got the game straight through Rockstar and I'm not using Steam at all. For whatever reason, every mod that I'm trying to install. I install correctly through openIV, I archive fix everyone etc. The mods work in singleplayer but when I try to go onto GTA W or any RageMP server the mods do not show at all. The mods are just simple retextures. Anyone know the reason why?
