I. CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

 

By decree of the State of San Andreas Penal Code and enforcement authority of the San Andreas State Constitution, the Defendant, Erick Yu, has been officially arraigned by the State of San Andreas by officials of the Los Santos County District Attorney's Office for violations for the following charge(s):

 

COUNT 1

 

• Accomplice in FA 202. First Degree Murder — On the 13th November, 2023, in the county of Los Santos, the Defendant did intentionally aid in causing the death of a recorded member of the "Harvard Park Brims" criminal organization, through premeditated actions with malice aforethought.

 

 

• The Defendant, a recorded member of the "Deckerside 213" criminal organization, was present on Forum Drive and his blood recovered on the scene, alongside several other members of the organization, when a shooting involving both parties occurred, leading to the death of the "Harvard Park Brims" related-individual, as well as that of a recorded member of the "Deckerside 213",  The Defendant had, about forty-five minutes prior to the shooting, been observed by Peace Officers on the location of a brawl involving both parties on Vespucci Boulevard. The Defendant is known to have had access to, and to have unlawfully carried an unregistered, illegal firearm on his person in the past.
