The topic of this post was to encourage OOC administration against people wearing masks. I think the majority of people in the thread agree that it should be handled IC (one way or another). Can we at least come together and agree it should be an IC issue and stop the mug flinging back and forth? It's derailing into a legal vs criminal RP discussion once again.
