CCTV surveillance should be more accessible to the players

Short description: In order to map CCTVs outside of a property one must be a Platinum Donator. I do certainly believe that not a big percentage of the server is willing to pay 25 eur. monthly only to have a possibility to be capable of installing CCTVs outside of their property considering server rules. As it stands now, CCTV surveillance is barred behind a Platinum Donator in my opinion.

Detailed description:

Currently as it stands CCTV cameras must be mapped outside of the building and no /cim is allowed instead as it would be considered PG as advised by the server rules. After doing research on what are the possibilities of having exterior furniture installed I was able to find only these two options: Platinum donator or exterior furniture kits. Furniture kits would be the perfect option, however they last only for 4 hours. Afterwards I did inquire with an admin and it was clear that these are the only possibilities of having CCTVs installed.

I do believe that there are many ways how this matter can be revised. One of them being, allow a Gold Donator to have exterior furniture mapped too. Say not 15 slots like a Platinum Donator get, but 5. Or make exterior furniture slots available to buy alone rather than in a package along with other features that perhaps one does not need.

Commands to add:  None, unless to access the menu of placing exterior furniture.

Items to add: None.

How would your suggestion improve the server? By providing a wider access of CCTVs, more people will be able to use their IG footage as evidence for a crime scene. Not only that, but actual individuals will be able to role-play the security of their property.

Additional information: In general, I do think this change would make it more fair towards everyone.

Why bother paywalling something like Exterior CCTV anyway? If I want to hang up a camera outside my home IRL, I can do that within a matter of days, low cost if I do it myself, few hundred if I have a technician do it for me.

Now, I understand that it was done to "regulate the amount of properties with exterior CCTV", but why not... put it behind an application with Property Management. A "CCTV Installment Permission Slip" so to speak. Have a security company (like Gruppe6 or HPS) do it, too.

That and the fact that it directly impacts roleplay. It is another example of p2w.  Other furniture? Fair enough. CCTV? No.
