Much like /cw, add a /cb command that allows you to speak in OOC with the people you're in your car with.

/cw was never intended to be used OOC'ly, it's for whispering with the occupants in the same vehicle. I say that if you have something that needs to be said privately, use /pm.

I don’t see the use for this. If you’re saying something in game and out of character you shouldn’t need to worry about it being seen by others unless it’s private information or rule breaking. In the case of private info, use /pm or discord to talk out of character.

Just use (( )) brackets while in /cw if it's important or /pm.

It's actually very handy, I play on another server with it and it's way more convenient than /pming everyone separately. There's no point saying "just do this thing" when there's a much easier solution. It's a basic quality of life thing. You don't want others to hear your /b as you don't want to be disturbing their RP and maybe you want to just speak in your group OOCly.

OOC chat should be kept at a minimum unless an admin is physically there asking for an explanation of a situation.

It's not really needed.
