H-Group 23 is an independent Wah Ching organized crime group. The founders of this concept originate from the Decker-Side 23 criminal enterprise. As a Wah Ching based concept, we embody a distinct and precise approach to organized crime. The whole focus of this circle lies in acquiring money by any means necessary whilst disregarding the confines of street gang politics.
 

Recruitment is fully done In Character, and we are committed to helping prospective members with creating an accurate character if necessary. It is very unlikely that we will allow any direct recruitment into the circle, given the in-character nature of those involved. We are an invite-only faction.
