Agreed. People are constantly getting ajailed for hoarding bodies anyway, I see no point in the timer.

"Somehow manage to get metal parts" is the key part here. As far as I'm aware, only Official Illegal Factions can get chop shops, which provide them with car parts, which can then be turned into metal parts. I'm unsure if there is any other way to get them, even if there is, you would still need to apply for a scheme and get it approved by IFM.
