I like this idea and I suggest the unused O'Neal farmhouse off of Union in Grapeseed as a location. It would be easy to clean up the clutter assets and add doors I'd imagine.

I use /taxi all the time. I almost always get one of the same 3 or so drivers, but last night a taxi driver picked me up in their private vehicle calling themselves my Uber, it was a fun concept and it worked out alright. I'd use /uber and /taxi but how would you work it so they're sufficiently different to actually justify it?

There's that one coffee shop in Vinewood that has music like that, I'll go in and buy something and then sit on their outside seating area and listen to the music for a while. You should be able to toggle it on or off, as well as being able to set a volume level.

I'm not sure about it dispersing the player base because the only people I ever see in Grapeseed as it is are me and some times there'll be a drug dealer hanging out for 15 mins. before heading back to town.

Detailed Description I've been thinking of ways to bring life to the sticks, Grapeseed in this case, and as a way of encouraging country RP I think the O'Neal farmhouse off of Union Rd would be perfect for a cheap $50 hostel for locals to stay in. I hate suggesting it because it's been a perfectly fine flophouse for me and it's like my little secret spot would be exposed but it's got so many bedrooms, it's got bathrooms and plenty of common areas like the living room and kitchen, it's got the basement which is perfect for, uh... fun and games😂. Keeping it as a seedier property means you wouldn't even really need to do much to change the interior more than swapping out the bathrooms and a few small cosmetic changes, as well as adding actual lockable doors to the private rooms. There is plenty of parking, and if you made the farmland outside tillable as well it would cement IC reasons for people to be there. Relevant Commands/Items N/A for commands, as for items it would only really need minor cosmetic changes and a clean up of some of the garbage assets cluttering the house. How will it benefit the server? It will add more actual locals to Grapeseed. In my very limited time playing I've been trying to put more eyes on Grapeseed but I'm just me and I think something official like this would really help. I believe it would boost both legal and illegal RP in the area, it would not only give the gangbangers cornering meth more customers, but it would add law-abiding citizens to main street and encourage more business and leisure related RP, with people actually being around to use the leisure services. It could possibly encourage PD/SD to make rounds and be visible which could then force the drug dealers to be craftier which would up the fun and excitement levels for all involved. Anyway vote for me and I'll make all your wildest dreams come true.
