Background
The Caravello Crime Family was founded in 1932 by Jimmy 'Senior' Caravello at an early age was a small organisation with big goals.The boss, Jimmy invested his lifetime savings into the family with the hope that it will soon take benefit out of it. Only 5 years later the family was well known in Palermo, the birthplace of the family, the reason they became so feared was because of the extortions and weapon traficking. Jimmy's wish came true and the money he invested returned double to him. His son was living in the most luxury villa in Palermo and all of his wishes came true, but this little boy wasn't happy. Because of his siblings he was avoided by children at school and often threated different unlike the others.The kid's name was Antonio Caravello and he was supposed to be the one to lead the organisation further after his father's dead. Despite his hatred for others, the one who hated the most was his father. He has grown among the years and he became a handsome male, perfect matched to lead the family. Antonio didn't want that, tho he knew he will be forced so he escapes away from his home, to start a new life, away from the mafia,the drugs and the weapons, to live a normal life, make friends and to establish a beautiful family.Unfortunately, three days after that he was found by his father, he was forced to go back, at his home, he got punished for his father in a very brutal way.Along the years he has tried many times to escape, but all of his tries were unsuccessful, that's why Antonio decides to fullfil his faith, but not as his father planned it, but as Antonio wanted.In 1969, by the time he was 35 he decided that he's manly enough to take over the family but his father disapproves and as long as he's alive the family will be under him. Antonio hated the family, that's why he wanted to become the new boss, to change it and make an organisation unlike the others, an organisation with a different structure and affiliations.Since his father didn't want to pass down the family to him, he decided to take care of his father on his own.With no family love, with no testimonials, he wanted to destroy the bound which he had with his father. Antonio was a biology expert, there was an Aconite in the garden, aconite which is a deadly and poisonous flower, also known as the queen of poisons.That's how his father died, Antonio has killed his own father.As it was said, everyone knew that Antonio was suppose to become the new boss of the family and a few members suspected him for the murder of his father.The aconite didn't remain in his blood, it was a wonder plant so there was no proof that he murdered his father.
As the new boss of the family, he started a new "ship" by recruiting the sons of the consiglieres who were old. Gabriel DeSimone and Vincent Solano. The consiglieres, even tho they sweared to give their life for the family were thrown away like nothing, making space for their sons who could die any second. Antonio took a high responsability for that, accepting in the family two people that he doesn't knows, even more, ranking them up to consiglieres.This caused a revolt within the family but this was anticipated by Antonio, who has listened to everyone in a large room, with a blank facial expression.Somehow he managed to calm the spirits down but all that was left for him was to know his two consiglieres better.He called them, while he was standing at a table in Palermo's most expensive restaurant, owned by his family obviously, asked them if they want to take a part of the family.One of them has responded positive while the other drops his fist on the table with the words: "You ruined my life, you fired my father who got killed not long time ago for this shitty family and now you hired me with no experience so I can die just like him, fuck you and your family, just kill me now". The kid was frightened, he was only 20, after that he closed his eyes while waiting for the bullet, Antonio has placed his hand upon Gabriel's head, with tears in his eyes, explaining him why did he choose them: "I hate this family more then any of you will ever do and that's why I brought you two, I want to destroy this family once and for all, but I want to keep it vault.Gabriel, you are an expert in traficking, I know that from your father, with your help we'll get all the drugs and weapons to America, Vincent you're the only one who is able to drive a plane, boat, car , anything that has wheels and not. Together with you two we'll be able to sink this damn family once and for all. I've already planted undetected explosive in each business that the family owns, they should go off in around 10 minutes, so we should better get out of here. Everything is steady and ready, I've transfered all the family's money into a new account and already we have new passports. If you want a different life and a new family, then follow me. If you want to die, which let's be honest, will happen sooner or later, stay here.." They were shocked, but they've agreed with Antonio went to the airport and rented a private plane to Los Santos
Arrival
While Antonio and his Consiglieres were heading to Los Santos, something happened that was never expected. Gabriel went into the control room of the plane and spoke with Vincent for a couple of minutes and then came back and took a seat next to Antonio. Gabriel looking at Antonio, he places his hand into his inner jacket pocket, withdrawing a 9mm Glock 19 and places it on the table, aiming at Antonio. Antonio was carefully looking at Gabriel and he asks: "What's going on?" while taking a breath. Gabriel stares at him, sweating and answers to Antonio: "You'll transfer all of the family money into a offshore bank account if you want to live another day. Account is 13123-232-124 at Cayman's Bank". Gabriel raises his weapon, aiming at Antonio's head, dropping a tear from his eye. Antonio begins to type on his computer a couple of times, transfering all of his money into a account. Meanwhile, Vincent comes out of the control room, looking at Antonio and Gabriel. Gabriel turns his view towards Vincent for a moment, that time Antonio notices Gabriel's movement and quickly reaches for Gabriel's handgun, removing it from Gabriel's hands and throws it accidentally under a seat. Antonio forcefully jumps off the seat towards Gabriel, dropping him forcefully on the floor, reaching for the handgun from the seat. Antonio would be standing up, aiming the handgun at Gabriel's head, pulling the trigger a couple of times and quickly aims at Vincent afterwards. Antonio looks into Vincent's eyes, while aiming at him and says: "I can't believe you did this to me!" and pulls the trigger a couple of times while aiming at Vincent's chest. Antonio drops the weapon on the ground and gets on his knees, looking up and shouts "WHY?!", meanwhile the plane starts to lower himself and Antonio stands up, running towards the control room. Antonio sets the plane straight, turning on the auto-pilot and leaves the control room. He opens the plane's door, dragging Vincent and Gabriel at the door and pushes them out, closing the door afterwards. Antonio goes to the computer and notices that the transaction to Gabriel's offshore account was completed, leaving Antonio with no money left. He goes into the control room and lands the plane at the Los Santos International Airport.
The Setup As soon as he landed the plane on the Airport, he got out of the plane and thought about what he did. Now that Antonio arrived to Los Santos with a small sum of money, he didn't have any kind of solution in his head, except the one to call a bunch of old friends from back in Palermo and ask for their help. So he called his buddy from Palermo and asked him to come to Los Santos to help him out, since he didn't have anything else, except a couple bags of clothing and few thousand dollars cash. He went to a hotel in the city and waited for his friend to arrive. A couple of days later, Antonio got a call from his buddy Michael Meretti, telling him that he landed in Los Santos a couple of hours ago and told him to meet up with him. Antonio got into his car that he bought a day after he arrived and went to the Airport to pick up Michael. They spoke for a couple of long hours about their plans of what should they do, so Antonio accepted the fact that he was the Boss of the Family. Michael gave a bunch of calls for a few associates of Jimmy's family and he brought them down to Los Santos. Michael as he was the only made man in Los Santos, he went to meet up with his friends, Dominick, Albert and John. Michael told them all about Antonio's issue on the plane and everything that happened, except a few important details that only Michael knew about. So, Antonio called back to Palermo to get in touch with his father's contacts and let them knew what was happening. All of them we're happy to hear that Antonio finally is taking the legacy of his father and accept the facts, exactly how they were. They even transferred to Antonio a large amount of money as a sign of their respect towards him. A couple of days later, Antonio set up a meeting with his crew to see each one of them and make sure they are good for the job. During the meeting, Antonio and Michael had a long discussion about Antonio's plans and he gave Michael a bunch of tasks to do so they can set up somewhere in the area of Los Santos. Michael did what he was told and he found a car wash in Davis to lease so they can use it as a cover for their businesses.
