This minor adjustment won't solve the problem. I don't want to pay 5k just to put on a thick beard on my character. It's absurd. It doesn't matter what the price of masks are, whether they're 500, 5000 or 10000. This won't demotivate players from breaking the rules. Why? Because rulebreakers know OOCly what the server lacks or just don't care at all. It's that simple. Insanely priced masks won't demotivate players from being rulebreakers just as low-priced items won't encourage/motivate players to become good RPers. Masks are not the problem nor the solution to the problem, so why should I pay 5k for a beard?

No. Address the issue on illegal RPers not RPing fear and chain-robbing all day first. Civilians get punished almost everytime for PROPERLY AND not only IMPROPERLY using their firearms. The crime rate issue is more of an OOC issue than IC, mainly because of poor portrayal, poor escalation, MG, and PG. Hell we're portraying LA but the way robberies/crimes happen in this server makes me think that we're in Brazil or Philippines where robbers literally just ride up their motos and rob civilians in broad daylight, without fear of getting caught by the police 🤮

I'm starting to consider robberies, brawls, and shootouts as OOC and tend to stay away from them. Why? Because majority of them are just OOCly motivated. Just look at the forum reports. Admins should seriously start spectating illegal RPers while legal faction heads should start increasing the jail time for violent crimes. As mentioned above, these so-called "criminals" in the server don't RP fear at all. Either paint their admin record red or force them to RP fear through IC methods. Until then, I'd expect the whole city to be just a massive SAMP pizza stack.
