Property management took $500K out of my money because i was renting properties to multiple tenants. Instead of encouraging tenants to proceed ICly with lawyers, and the whole judicial system that they have created for this type of issues, they decided to just take $500K out of my money without telling me before nor talking with me before about it. That only shows that the administration on the server always puts money over roleplay, that's why the server fails to encourage roleplay over money. That's literally why i am definitely not playing this shit anymore.

What i think should be reviewed ASAP are the taxes paid when buying a property. When i used to have 3 properties, i had to pay like 360K in taxes for a 300K property that i wanted to buy, like what the fuck? Even if i map it and sell it, i will never get a profit off of it. I think taxes on properties should be reviewed since there could be a problem when calculating those taxes.

I do not agree at all, keep in mind properties that are for rent. For example a 225K apartment in 3 Alta Street is put on rent for 10K per week. Well, i would be losing those 10K of rent because of the 5% tax, and i would never be able to make a profit from weekly rent, so there is no point.

Commands to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? It would improve the RP environment everytime when there are not a lot of real players around, giving a closer sense to a realistic world.
