I got a solution, but it isn't an easy one. If a faction leader pushes their members to start using the drugs it will lead to more usage then ever before and drugs will raise in demand. Alot of members in the LS:RP faction El Corona 13 were drug users and it lead to more drug usage and it lead to better roleplay.

You can put a bid on the business actions and you can select the location you want your business to be located.

I fully agree with you on this. I like the /loadvehicle suggestion and making it take up alot of weight would be a cool feature and more realistic.

How about GPS jammers incase the newer cars will have GPS in them?

Making it possible to break into cars should be possible but it shouldn't be possible to hotwire the newer cars because it pretty much isn't possible but it's possible on the older models. Also making it possible to remove the radio from the car and sell it would be epic.
