Realistically speaking, I don't think any businesses like bars or clubs would take entrance fees from on-duty government agents regardless of their intentions (duty related matters or something else). However, this whole thing can be roleplayed if the owner doesn't want to exclude anyone from the fees payment. Supporting.

I like and support the idea as such rp might be limited due to OOC reasons and I don’t like that. However, it is quite hard to implement such system as it’ll have so many security gaps/bugs and dealing with huge amount of players could cause major abusing issues. If a good and solid system is going to be implemented for such idea, then I support this. Other than that, no.
