Wrecker for Public Services

Hello all,

I'm not too sure where this should be posted but I am in a leading position for Public Works and we come across a whole variety of vehicles that need to be impounded and or replaced.
It's no secret that there are big vehicles being used and this is a challenge for us to load onto the flatbed. With bigger vehicles they totally bug out on the flatbed and from a realistic stand-point it wouldn't ever fit. We also receive a lot of county calls where a flatbed wont be able to recover vehicles. Yes, the ideal dream would be to have a wrecker extension to the sandstorm XL >:D

We have some amazing models in game already for public services, but at the moment I feel like the wrecker is totally forgotten. We desperately need this.

Yes please, we desperately need a tow truck that isn't awful to use.

I’m in support of this. The current available trucks for towing of larger vehicles is not adequate and we seem to be doing this more recently, therefore a better option would be a massive assistance.

Support! This would be quite helpful in towing those larger vehicles and make for a more smoother experience compared to the current options.

The LSFD has been waiting for ages for a heavy wrecker (Heavy Rescue 3) that was always put aside because of the broken towing script, while this wrecker could have also had Public Works liveries or like amber variation as well. 

 

If we finally get to get  a wrecker, I'd rather have an actual wrecker like FD's.

There's a Brute lore version of this somewhere, though - Common with modding, they tend to disappear. I'll keep looking though. I know one was in the LSFD Discord at one point;

You forgot the fact towing doesnt work on RageMP

Towing isn't synced on RAGE:MP causing a lot of issues, so I'll archive that, to avoid bug reports in future if that would be added stating that new towtrucks are causing issues with synchronization. Use flatbeds to tow vehicles. If you want modding team to add additional livery for a flatbed, make another suggestion thread.
