Also if someone is harassing you. you asked them in PM's not to pm you anymore and they still do it you can report them.

That turns off PM’s for everyone. I shouldn’t have to go to lengths to stop someone from PM’ing me. Blocking someone shouldn’t be a paid feature to begin with nor should there be a work around, that’s the moral of the story. Not looking for a work around. I’m looking to hear a good reason as to why it’s a paid feature. What’s the justification? Imagine if large scale online games made you pay to block people in-game. That’s ridiculous lol. People aren’t going to stop donating Platinum if this were free for everyone. Most platinums are for ad timers and furniture slots anyways. Everything else is just fluff.
