Detailed Description
Create a joint discord where both legal and illegal role-players could discuss / debate current issues in a orderly fashion.

How will it benefit the server?

It will allow both sides to discuss and debate current issues both sides face. Allowing only one IFM discord is in my opinion one sided, as LEO members / factions also face prevalent issues such as constant deathmatching increase by (M) gang and so forth.

there should be one discord for faction management with IFM/LFM discussion channels etc.

Good idea on paper but, no.

 

This will just be a mini general discussions thread every single day at every single hour with LFM and IFM people going at each others' necks and throats over their opinions and bad experiences with each other, and not in a peaceful way. This would be literal hell of earth.

We want transperity and better understanding of all sides. We can't just favor one side and say the other side doesn't experience any issues. As thus there's a saying, the grass is always greener on the other side.

 

With rules in place and strict punishment? No one would be at each other.

forums/dicords, in general, have too many voices in to be productive. real change will come from focus groups made up of experienced roleplayers from different circles. 

this will have to include some of the volatile players who aren't popular with the staff team but are popular/respected within the illegal rp community

lfm discord is a paradise of trolling and chaos, its peaceful. IFM discord is more serious and on point. they have reps from each in the other, its just easier that way
