The events surrounding the creation of this faction will be built from the ground up based around in character interactions, influences and consequences. Recruitment for this faction will be no different, and anybody looking to roleplay with us should strive to portray a realistically impoverished youth within a predominantly Filipino/Chicano environment. We're a neighbourhood gang, with the underlying presence of Filipino-American/Hispanic small time narcotic pushers and trafficking that are encompassing within Los Santos' drug trade.
