Our primary goal is to ensure that character development is ever so building. We want someone with a story, want someone that can flesh out their characters over time. Our members are here to experience that feeling " From nothing to something ". As fun as it may be, we wish to warn anyone that comes into the process of joining said gang that it'll be a long stretch and time consuming. There's no quick way to join a gang, we aren't here to push you into the line right away, we want to see growth and development before thinking of processing you through a different path. There's a lot of work, effort and grinding to be done to be "jumped". The W/S Asian Boyz usually keeps to their own in a tight knit formula and is always willing to extend a hand to allies, your main objective inside the gang is to further your so called clout and gains in money, let it be from various schemes such as: Theft, robbery, auto-theft, selling narcotics, selling firearms and furthermore. If you're looking for a more organized crime network? This isn't the place for you, it's a harsh reality. Recruitment is all done through IC-instances. We have a discord, we keep it small and with little interactions unless something is needed OOC that can't be helped IC, such as handling reports, handling faction involvements and as well making sure there's no meta-game / power-game and further issues. We wish to see every member placed at the bottom and to work their way to through said ranks over time, there's no gold without a treasure hunt. Members who're wishing to join must be understanding that you can be character killed at any given moment from the leadership, let it be there's an issue that could come to such actions.
