Make it so admins can change the characters names under 5 hours again.

Detailed Description Recently, it has been removed that you /report for an admin to change your character's name under 5 hours, but I don't see why not since you have to wait 2 weeks to delete a character again and have to pay for a NC. It really sucks when you didn't like the name you just chose for your character and want to change it but can't and have to spend money for that.

How will it benefit the server? Well, generally speaking it used to be doable so I don't see why not.

+1 - I made a character and asked for a minor name change which is removing a letter, but I was told to use world points to name change.
