Grand Opening Exhibition

About the Artist

1. Adina Aliyeva

Adina Aliyeva is a Kazakh painter and performance artists. Her work targets the causes of topical controversies and social issues in a deprecating way. Aliyeva has seen a lot of success in her career as an artist. Although often perceived as controversial, Aliyeva's work is described as daring, unique and avant-garde by many critics.

In collaboration with Ecole nationale superieure des Beaux-Arts and Louvre, Aliyeva held her first exhibition in 2017. A lot of the present critics praised Aliyeva for her work. Aliyeva said this exhibition, that happened early in her career, was a huge milestone and helped taking her career off the ground. Due to scarcity, popularity and controversial nature of her work, Aliyeva's paintings are often very much sought after by modern art collectors.
