  • For this auction, please keep in mind that the highest bidder, the 'winner' or the first user to post 'buyout' may or may not be subject to a Property Management review, before the purchase can be completed. Therefor, this is not a 'first come first serve' auction. No rights to the property can be derived from placing any bids, they are all subject to possible review.
  • This property is titled La Mesa Office.
  • Bids above $472.622 will not be considered or accepted, as they are above the maximum allowed transfer value. 
  • Offers or bids made outside of this thread will not be considered. Please refrain from making any such attempts.
  • This property comes with no shop script whatsoever. A request independent of this auction will have to be made to Property Management. This is the buyer's responsibility and concern.
  • This property consists only of the single square building listed in the pictures. The other structures, (large blue/white compound, and nearly identical structure just detached) nearby and close to the structure are not mapped, but could be requested from Property Management, as they appear to be part of the same complex. No property rights can be derived from this interpretation.
  • Be aware that the directly surrounding area is 'dirty' and 'trashy' themed, mixed with some construction equipment. These props are set and cannot be changed.
  • Some exterior furniture has been added to this property, but cannot be maintained unless the purchaser has a platinum donation status. The exterior furniture is minor in impact, and consists of a single small fence prop, a few stage lights, and a few security cameras. These can be kept or removed on the request of the purchaser.
