QOL The entire idea of these tips was to reduce that chat flood AND make them disappear whenever you want, not after X seconds. Either press E (or other keybind if you changed it via /settings) or disable them; that won't be changed, and that won't be added as another optional toggle, because - as I announced multiple times already - we are starting to avoid pointless/small /settings that have no reason to exist at all, and this is one of them. Every single tip window (no matter if it's payphone or /examine) uses the same functions, so we would make /examine disappear after X seconds too, which is... painful.
