Carson Rodriguez, a young delinquent from the Laguna Park area is known to be a bit of a kleptomaniac. His favorite target happens to be cars and stealing them has become his main source of income. After going to TTCF for Grand Theft Auto, Carson dropped out of high school despite having a 3.2 GPA with the potential to go on to college. He let the money get the best of him.
