Detailed Description

Add an optional parameter to /bpay that allows the EMPLOYEE to add a comment to describe the purpose of the transaction. Currently, on websites like the Fleeca one, it simply says 'Payment - Business Name', which gives no insight into what it was actually for. You could replace that with the comment if it's supplied in the command.
