/take for the Marksman Rifle.

Small QoL change. We often deploy lethal at TTCF on guard towers now and the current M4 style rifles we have look goofy as fuck. The Marksman Rifle from GTAV is based on a Ruger Mini-14, which is used for CDCR and correctional agencies around California as their primary rifle in jails/prisons. Add the Marksman Rifle to /take for current use by SD and for future use by SADCR.

+1, I agree might be better to go with the MK2 version for its customisation options.
