This is an OOC issue, I don't think Misdemeanor Obstruction is available to be added as a charge on the mdc. MDC devs simply need to add misdemeanor obstruction to the MDC. @Biscuit

+1, especially when you consider that there isn't CCTV where irl it's required more or less. Gas stations for example, are uninsurable unless the pump area is on camera.

Detailed Description As a it stands, /CSI let's an LEO place evidence placards easily in DIM 0. Only an LEO and some other legal factions can delete these. Make it so anyone can /rbdel an evidence placard created via /CSI. Also make it so /CSI can be used inside of interiors. Relevant Commands/Items /csi /rbdel How will it benefit the server? Allowing /CSI to be used outside dim 0 will create more immersion and usefulness for anyone placing evidence placards for an investigation, since you'd be able to place them inside a house or business. Allowing /rbdel for anyone if /csi was used to create an evidence placard will help with random placards that get left behind sometimes for who knows what reason.

They do leave evidence, but it's only viewable at the morgue.

They absolutely do in real life. Non-priority calls often go unanswered for HOURS. Some don't get responded to at all. Priority calls take... priority.
