Bratan Posted June 28, 2023 Author Share Posted June 28, 2023 (edited) The concept of this faction is to create an intricate community environment with elements of crime that manifest in loosely based structures and networks, containing both organized crime and street gang-styled groups. We aim to form this concept by allowing people the freedom to roleplay any sort of character at any sort of capacity, whether it be a regular civilian operating a legal business or a 17 year old kid willing to do anything just to make a name for himself. There will be varying levels of organization in terms of the structure the faction will operate, ranging from professional criminal groups to loosely aligned criminal networks and amateur criminals who periodically assist in criminal activities based on personal interest and incentive. Some groups will have established allegiances and follow criminal codes and others will only do what makes sense for money or other incentives and then disband. The network as a whole will predominantly be in a continual state of transformation and are highly mobile. Members are opportunistic and form with one particular criminal scheme in mind. Once the scheme is completed, they disperse and re-form to commit other crimes. Allegiances may change to accommodate a current scheme or if it is of monetary advantage.
