Have the /partner cooldown removed after you name-change

Not that I've needed it, I can see those that would,  I support this idea. I personally take two months at least before considering /partner but it doesn't always work that way for others.

Totally dude. If you're on the same character have it stay as it is but if you namechange it just does not make sense to keep the cooldown going you know?

Absolutely, I agree with the NC and cooldown. 

Edit: I was just saying I usually take a minimum of 2 months with an RP partner before I do /Partner

Just lower the cooldown, two weeks at max should be fine.

Also feel like the inactivity one could use a re-work also, I know personally i've done both and it's two months. It's quite long, whilst I can understand it to prevent jumping to every other relationship, it's also a pain as it could be a development process you need RP-wise.
