Have the /partner cooldown removed after you name-change

Detailed Description:

 

Current cooldown of /partner is 2 Months, my suggestion is once a character does name-change the cooldown period should automatically be voided.

I do not think any commands are needed?

 

How will it benefit the server?

 

QOL? Beats players /reporting for it to be removed cause of the fact that they might've name-changed and so on.
