As someone said above, the current environment makes it seem like it's actually a task to get addicted to drugs or RP such a character lmao. I can't say anybody I know in real life has ever been scammed by a dealer. Dealers want consistent customers and addicts are the perfect customers to generate reliable income for the dealer. No dealer in real life is trying to be some sort of scam connoisseur and it's genuinely stupid if OP is struggling to RP an addict because everybody wants to scam/rob rather than actually RP how a dealer should. It doesn't even matter if you RP a gangbanger; even they aren't looking to scam their customer base without reason. With all due respect, anybody advising OP to join a faction or to magically find "trusted" dealers sounds like they've not ever engaged in things like this in real life. If OP is struggling to RP an addict that isn't in a position of power or has the right connects to be an addict (lol) because he can't obtain drugs, then IFM or whoever should take a look into this. OP should absolutely not be struggling to portray an addict if what he's saying is true.
