im not referring to crime free zones. im referring to unwritten rules ive heard of like, you cant ICly sell an item thats not a script. you cant use your voice to do RP performances like stand up or talking through your mic in a DJ set. you cant ICly claim a song is your character's if you're not the one OOCly sining. im sure there are plenty more. a lot of the times warning someone for a mistake is enough.

not sure how giving my opinion on the thread topic is derailing. i think purposefully ruining someones fun should get you in trouble and removed. but this server has a lot of unwritten rules that ive found out via conversaation with other players, so much so that verbal warnings a lot of the time are a fair punishment. what should be punished harshly is purposefully being beligerent, like metagaming or DMing out of spite

idk it seems like you're being really ban heavy. its just a game and we're all here to have fun. this server has far too many unwritten rules for us to be this harsh.

i feel like it wildly varies. someone dm's 10 cops for failing to get into the lspd? 30 minute ajail. someone one time does ooc gun deals? 1 year ban.

Could house parties use the blip feature then? It's hard to get people to know there's a party without it.

When people complain about too much bureaucracy on the server, this is what they mean. I believe the person in question made a really fun house party. Tons of people came and there was fun RP to be had. PM shut him down OOCly, and the next day when he renovated and tried to do it by PM's rules, literally nobody came. RP ruined. Wuhtah's point could work if, instead of PM shutting down RP OOCy, admins could just anonymously call the cops and have it shut down. That's actually good RP for everyone involved and leads to more development and realism than PM going "no fun allowed".

an american on this server especially on the west coast is disadvantaged by peak time being like 11 am to 4pm. i dont know how anyone who lives in that part of the world plays actively and has a normal, social life.

imagine you're in a shoot out and then suddenly your screen goes weird or your health is halved because you havent eaten in 3 hours

if you send your character thread to someone and ask that they comment to bump the thread and improve interactivity and they say shit like "i was forced to write this" then that person is rude

car crashes are annoying to rp. driving mechanics suck in the game.
