OOC Information Our goal here is to portray the modern day 99 Watts Mafia Crip. Our leadership & council have put a tremendous amount of time into doing research on 99 Watts Mafia Crip. We plan to provide unique and creative hood roleplay for members in our faction and the community in general. This is a open faction, meaning anyone can join. However we have a 2 strike rule implemented. Depending on the severity, members will either be striked or kicked from the faction if they do not follow server rules or faction rules. We have high standards set for this faction, so if you fail to meet the standards despite our leadership/councils guidance, you will be removed. Those who are interested in roleplaying with the faction should create a character between the ages of 14-16. The key to progressing in this faction is development. Your character can either be born and raised in the neighborhood, or you can roleplay moving in. Free the Headliners. On November 3rd, 2021, the Los Santos Sheriff's Department seized DeAndre "PopOut" Winston on Strawberry Avenue for leads on an investigation of a B.J. Smith RECREATATIONAL CENTER AND PARK shooting that left two females dead and one male critically injured. Through luck alone, Winston was spared being directly charged for murder and kept in investigative hold for a period of 72 hours. However, during his arrest, a loaded, unrelated firearm was found. News of a court ordered warrant swept through the neighborhood. Winston remained on the run towards the end of November, eventually being found in open, regrettably turning himself in after being spotted at the courtyard of the 1809 Strawberry Projects.
