    CCW Rework

You can carry a firearm without a CCW as an on duty security guard with a Guard Card on-premises.
  2. Why u got Ecstasy and MDMA as separate drugs? If anything MDMA should be RPly pressed by gangs and /drugname'd into i.e. Pink Redbull (MDMA) They are not separate drugs whatsoever. Remove 'Ecstasy' and turn everyone's current supply into MDMA.
  3. Short description: Include MicroSMGs (top priority) and MiniSMGs (debatable) to the list of weapons the extended magazine can attach to. Detailed description: Currently, the Machine Pistol (Tec-9) can have an extended magazine attached to it which ups the capacity from 12 to 20, the latter being the same value for the default MiniSMG. The MicroSMG (Uzi) currently has the lowest damage of all SMGs and also has the lowest possible capacity for any weapon in its category, with the extended magazine being able to fit the MachinePistol to increase that to 20. This renders it completely unbalanced in the sense of it being near useless, despite realistically its superiority to poorly made guns like the Tec-9 IRL. Ergo, I feel it should be added to the whitelist which dictates what guns the Extended clip (Weapon-Component) item can be attached to, urgently - this would up the capacity to thirty rounds which would make it more feasible. In pop culture, this gun is frequently depicted with extended magazines and its lack of one in GTA:World makes it look somewhat emasculated. I also think the Skorpion should be able to fit an extended clip as well to increase that to thirty rounds, however that might make it somewhat too powerful as it's extremely fast, though that's sort of leveled out by its rarity. Giving the 16-round, minimal damage MicroSMG the ability to double its capacity however is key. How would your suggestion improve the server? Better balanced guns. Additional information: Very easy to do. Just add the weapon's name to a line of code, presumably. Could be done within one restart with one hand.

  5. yea that could also work but personally I have the lowest graphic settings available and it'd have to be compatible for all people and noticeable enough.
  6. Yes, imagine there have been multiple shootings on Grove Street that day. Multiple blood splatters are present where some would be dried/old and new ones - the ones you're trying to follow, would be fresh. The problem is that there is no way to differentiate between wet and dry blood. I don't know how you've extrapolated "condition, temperature, specific blood traits" from this, or why you're trying to contradict what I actually said. What do you mean? That's the point of this. Blood trail nearby from recent incident - is it wet and therefore relevant? Or is it old from some stabbing this morning and coincidental? Go up, /inspectblood 'The blood appears to be fresh' That's the point.
  7. nobody mentioned difference in 'condition, temperature, specific blood trails' except you my suggested string return was literally "This blood stain is fresh/old (or bright/dark red)"
  8. Short description: I was following a blood trail earlier, mostly out of curiosity on both an IC and OOC level, when it occurred to me you'd be able to realistically determine the freshness of the blood by its appearance as it darkens and dries over time. I tried to /checkblood and it said I had no access to the command, but upon searching the Feature Documentation I saw that this was assigned to government agencies checking blood in the database. What I want is for a way for all players to inspect blood to determine its relative freshness. Detailed description: The command /inspectblood would be used when standing next to the nearest blood splatter and it would return something akin to "This blood stain is fresh/old (or bright/dark red)" I don't know anything about the time it takes for it to become 'old', but from a usefulness point of view it could be that for a stain to be fresh it could be at max 30 minutes old or even an hour? Commands to add: /inspectblood Items to add: None How would your suggestion improve the server? Realism, trailing fresh blood trails to find random victims who may need help, escaped victims of your own creation who you are tracking down, or fleeing perpetrators if you were a P.I. or cop. There's an abundance of blood trails on the server and they can get confusing in high density areas where multiple trails are. This would help narrow the correct trail to follow as you would be able to IRL. Additional information: N/A
