  1. Ironic report from someone of the same crew shooting cops everyday for absolutely nothing but I'll entertain a single reply. You guys shot us, again, and you guys ran off. Your buddy Trujillo was found way north and was killed. A few minutes later I got a K9 down to track for you and the dog tracked you to your location. Coincidentally, which occurs every time with you guys, a friend (In this case Darryl) comes out of nowhere as soon as we get close to you to attempt an ambush. Unfortunately for Darryl he wasn't very clever and ran at us from the front and got blasted. We believed Mejia was also shooting (as he was standing for us as shown in my screenshot below) and he was also hit. Mejia would of been found regardless and would of likely pulled a gun and shot at us again so he could avoid jail. Or allowed us to arrest him which seems unlikely considering how many times he likes to shoot PD. Either way, you would of been found due to the K9 tracking you directly to that bush. The metagaming portion of your report is null and void as your anim wasn't synced for us as proven by the screenshot and we used IC means to find you ie K9. And the DMing part..really? You just killed a cop 20 mins ago, shot at cops 5 mins ago, and your buddy is actively shooting us next to you. All of which is entirely IC anyway if the shooting isn't deemed 'justified'. I find it laughable you're asking for your items back when you were caught by police. Anyway, I'll only answer anything further from an admin.

    Also, how did your friend know to come running over to ambush us when you're so silently hiding in a bush and we walked up and within seconds of turning the corner get shot at?

  2. ** Mark Easley provides the following document to the court and to the defense attorney **

    Your honor, as the defense has identified, we have reached an agreed plea deal and I have submitted the document to the court and their team for review.

    tNqYJgz.png

    Office of the District Attorney

    County of Los Santos

    Per discussions as they occurred between counsel, this document affirms a plea agreement between the People of the State of San Andreas by and through the Los Santos County District Attorney's Office, and Wyatt Harlon and Lottie Laurier on the following terms:

    Wyatt Harlon pleads guilty to the following charges;

    • FC 119. Evading a Peace Officer
    • MC 114. Resisting Arrest
    • MC 308. Receiving Stolen Property

    The District Attorney's Office shall dismiss the following charges;

    • FC 305. Grand Theft Auto

    In accordance with the terms of the plea deal, the following punishments have been agreed upon;

    • Time served in state penal confinement.

    The defendant is therefore now at twenty nine criminal points on his record and should be released from county jail upon approval of this document by the judge.

  3. Your honor, the defense is mistaken, you do not need probable cause for a stop, merely reasonable suspicion. Regardless of that fact, it is on the defendant to stop his vehicle and take up the matter in court. The defendant did not do that, he drove off and caused a dangerous pursuit which the facts clearly demonstrate in this case. Again, their line of questioning is not relevant to the matter at hand, which is evading a peace officer.

  4. ** Mark stands up and steps forward past his table, he addresses the judge for his opening statement **

    Your honor, we're here today for a very simple case. Through the evidence that has been submitted, I will prove that the defendant operated a motor vehicle, and willfully fled from the Sheriffs Deputies.

    The facts are clear, the deputies responded to a 911 call of a reported grand theft auto in progress. Upon arrival they observed the defendant, speeding off from the scene and attempted to pull him over on Picture Perfect Drive. The defendant, despite the emergency lights and sirens of the deputies, willfully fled to the other side of the city, namely Sustancia Road where he hit a curb and came to a stop. He then surrendered and was taken into custody without incident. The dashcam footage is clear and shows that the defendant operated that vehicle, and failed to stop for the deputies. Therefore, I ask you your honor, to find the defendant guilty of evading a peace officer in this case. Thank you.

    ** Mark steps back and returns to his seat. **

    SWAT cruising around geared up for nothing and just out and about is just as much of a portrayal issue as it is having a 10:4 ratio 10 being female swat members and 4 being males.

    It seems they just want to show out and use their cool SUVs (I agree, they look cool!) but pulling out a SWAT team for every little thing down to even prank calls? Cmon bro lol. I'm surprised I don't see them propelling down from the helicopters busting through rooftop windows.

    Chicago is rough, I have yet to see SWAT just cruising around looking for some shit to get into.

    You were arrested by a SWAT team because you hang with a JT gang, are a child who goes out armed all the time and have been arrested for robbery previously. And you were also armed when we came to arrest you, ran off from us and got beanbagged. I can give statistics to how much we deploy, it's not a lot.

    The reason why I reported Theodore Powell was not because of them roleplaying the first amendment or whatever. If you check the chat logs, we've repeatedly told them that their car was vandalized while they were recording us and they just ignored it.

    I have a question for Mick. How did you drive the car closer? Did your character just sit on the broken glass? There were still cops on the scene, why did you not report it to them?

    Apparently filming people is more important than your vandalized car. @Lomadias

    I didn't know broken windows stops you from driving a car. All the CIM said was the windows were broken. I told Theodore and then we roleplayed around it. I feel this is a frivolous report because you're mad you couldnt make us leave icly. Apparently people filming you makes you risk your job to vandalize property. Either way, I'm not going to go back and forth, this is entirely IC, it was roleplayed and I'll leave it for the admin.

  11. Hey that was me. I noticed the CIM when I went over to collect his car from the parking lot, but it's not my car and I wasn't sure ICly what damage was already there other than likely the broken windows as I hadn't seen the car before. So I whispered to Theodore when I returned after parking on the street, that it looked like someone had broken his windows. (This would be in the logs). I'm not sure if he saw what I said as people were saying a lot around us, confronting us etc. When we eventually returned to the car, I explained the damage from the CIM Icly and we roleplayed swiping away the glass and getting out of there. We haven't used the vehicle since due to the damage. All this roleplay would be in any chat logs.

    As for the other stuff, its all IC. We're just RPing first amendment auditors for the IC media channel. @Lomadias

  12. Hello I am the third person. I’ll keep this real simple. We are role playing something unique that hasn’t really been done before on the server. I’ve watched first amendment audits for a while on YouTube and it gave me the inspiration to try something new out. Sometimes we say the same things at similar times because auditors have some what of ‘catchphrases’ they use in response to things people say. Everything we’ve done is completely IC and completely legal. We’re not out trolling, robbing people or doing anything silly. Majority of people we come across enjoy the roleplay, especially many deputies and cops, but a chosen few (such as OP) think that because they can’t ‘win’ by forcing us to do what they want ICly, that means we’re trolls and break the rules. As such they have provided zero evidence of anything they’re attempting to report. It’s not illegal to film in public, it’s not illegal to wear a mask in public. This is a frivolous report. You should be more concerned that people are conditioned to pull a gun on a couple people immediately because they happen to wear a mask and are roleplaying filming.

  13. As I said before, I was looking for purely an amicable resolution so my characters story isn't unfairly interrupted through a pged lawsuit. However, as the other person in this report is unwilling to let up, I've had to continue. I think their previous forum reports are evidence that they do this continually, using vague and long winded roleplay to their advantage that provides no way for others to react accordingly. Two examples below. Also screen grab of continual attempts to reason with them. I think its fairly clear that if someone, whilst a police officer stands over them with a gun giving them orders, reaches for a gun, they will be shot instantly. Forcing the RP to say that I shot seconds after a gun was thrown away because I was reacting to a long roleplay line after having tried to clarify what they meant for a couple minutes is extremely unfair. I thought this would be a simple issue to resolve but I guess not.

    I know, because I can't roleplay for you whether you see it or not. Cause that would actually be powergame.

    Sure, we can wait for an admin then. The only person who brought attitude into this report was your friend. I merely tried to sort things out without involving an admin.

    I'm not changing any narratives, you went from calling it powergaming to informational.

    I'm trying to inquire on your prerogative of the situation.

    Don't you have the full video of the situation?

    Because thats what I was told to do, you guys used it as evidence in an IC court case as fact that I shot way after you 'pushed it away' when the roleplay clearly shows I would of shot you as soon as you reached for it. My prerogative has been stated from the beginning, to agree on what occurred for the basis of your IC petition. If you fail to agree on what I'm saying then I have no option but to wait and allow an admin to make a determination. I trim footage and discard the rest, I didn't think this would become a problem. The chatlogs clearly show what is needed.

    I saw no /me's of you aiming at me and all the logs are there, or even scriptwise up until I got shot.

    Theres no requirement for me to roleplay aiming at you when I was aiming a gun at you the entire team when I wasn't typing. I was there clarifying your roleplay, you're now trying to change the narrative. You've already stated.
