So.... when you go to paint a car, add a free car wash so the paint don't look like crap. You wouldn't paint overtop of the dirt anyways, so it only makes sense. 🙂

I'm gonna say heavy no, simply because your every day citizen, while they CAN own one legally, most likely wouldn't be wearing it out in public during their every day situations. The last thing I wanna do is drive through the hood and see every gangster on the corner wearing a bulletproof vest, let alone every legal RPer.. Just seems like another "I just wanna shoot longer without having to worry about getting downed as much" suggestions, imo.

Well, there was a report earlier about people using radios "in a non RP fashion" so my idea is basically make them an inventory item that you could buy so that its no longer a question whether or not you can ACTUALLY use it. If you've got it in your inventory, then it shouldn't be an issue, even if its not a physically shown item on your person.. That being said, it fixes the "Roleplay" aspect of it.. But to add onto that.. There could be multiple variants of radios, some more "advanced" than others.. You could have unencrypted, encrypted and possibly even police scanners. This would open up a bunch of RP possibilities and aspects behind radios that aren't currently being implemented. If you're doing crime and using 2 way radios, you probably don't want to be doing it on an unencrypted channel.. But if you're solely doing work as a trucking company, why would you need to encrypt your communications? Distance is another factor to come into play, you could make some radio types transmit further. Ones that don't transmit as far could pick up interference and lose parts of the transmission over long distances. Certain vehicles could also be equipped with radios, including long range radios that a person wouldn't necessarily be able to carry in their pockets. Just adds an entirely new aspect into the communications between players.

+1. Maybe even add a filter for genre's.

As a Security Guard, one of the commonly used tools is a flashlight. Only sad part is, they're not sync'd and only the person using it can see the light. Not sure if that's a RageMP issue, or maybe if it'd be able to be sync'd between players server side? 🙂

Welcome to Economics 101. When you give everyone and their mother 200k for afking, don't expect properties to sell for 250k. The economy as it is is inflated as all hell and its simply not worth it to even sell a property at 3x the market value. Remove the market value limit, let players determine the price for properties, and you'll actually see them get listed more often. Create property taxes that owners must pay regardless of in-game time, simply to make owning a property a constant investment and not feasibly worth owning if you're not actively using it for something. As it sits, I can buy a house, then login once or twice per month just to prevent it from automatically getting removed, and unless someone reports it, it goes unseen. Fix that by adding fees behind owning a property or another method of making it require a constant investment. Maintenance fee's, property taxes, etc... All can be implemented and managed through the UCP or property menu.

I've had a few poker tables where we're actually RPing while playing, but that's normally with groups that I'm RPing with regularly. Normally in more public settings where its random people, there's not much roleplay going on.
