    Taxi Job Update

Detailed Description I'm going to try and keep this short and sweet, I've been role playing a taxi driver on GTA RP for many years, it's what I love to do just as everyone loves to do there own thing, So I have a couple suggestions to improve the system because right now I think the taxi job needs a revamp. So here's the first thing, I think people shouldn't just be able to just buy there own taxi, and accept calls this is unrealistic as in real life you would have to join a company, this gives the taxi driver the ability to get away with speeding, tickets all sorts of different things because realistically he has no boss, he can't get fired he can do what he wants, charge what he wants, You could have 800 players on the server and still only see about 3-4 taxi calls an hour, and every taxi driver is fighting to type /taxiaccept and racing to get another customer to complete it, to collect there new one. who is the most likely to call a taxi, a new player I would say, and when he had a taxi driver charging him $6,000 to ride up to Sandy Shores, it's just unrealistic it will probably put people off, from speaking to a few taxi drivers in game there opinion on joining a taxi company there's no point, because you can charge what you want and as I said before there's no limits to what you can and can't do, you can rent a taxi, go charge 100 per 5 and kill the taxi job while there at it. What could be added to help save the taxi job, the truckers have to pay tax on boxes they sell, because they rent a truck, if you buy your own, you still get taxed, why isn't this the same when you buy a taxi but don't work for a company, I feel like the taxi companies should be the ones renting out the cabs, I know a lot of people will probably say no to this idea but just think for a second, a lot of people who are just playing to farm money, will simply buy a taxi, and charge people high, or maximum, which actually puts people off calling the taxi all together, killing the job, because personally I wouldn't call a taxi to get charged 100 per 5, and the reason the taxi drivers do this, is because there isn't enough calls, you have 10 drivers fighting for 1-2 calls an hour so they need to maximize there profit in there mind. the /taxiaccept dilemma, so my problem with this command is it encourages you not to role play, and to sit there having this pre-typed if you actually wanna get some taxi rp going, the money is nothing half the time I don't even charge people, or tell them it's 100 bucks because It's just the role play, I like riding people around, I think there needs to be a dispatcher, that dispatches calls to the closest taxi in the area, or next closest taxi, or (give companies priority over calls) I put this in brackets as people may disagree. The End. So we're coming to a close, I know I said it was going to be a short one, I tried my best here's my final output on the taxi job, It encourages new players or people to farm money, it makes new players or veteran players avoid calling a taxi, to be charged 6 grand to go 2 miles down the street, the first thing a lot of new players do when there on a server they travel, explore, some times get lost, call a taxi and Harry is trying to charge him 5k to get back into the city, I would rather just quit and spawn at my house that's how bad it is, I mean the taxi job is in a bad place as it is due to being able to spawn at any house, but this is for another suggestion! Relevant Commands/Items I'm not sure, could start with adding a higher tax or people or are free lance taxi drivers How will it benefit the server? I think it will clean the server up from taxis going rampart around the town, also bringing in new players or players or haven't played in a long time, calling a taxi can be a bit overwhelming when the guy wants 100 per 5, you need to think that about 70 percent of the people who call a taxi will be a new player, and if there first introduction is a bad one, do you think they will keep playing?

    Game Crash

Logged in today and crashed within my first 5 minutes, kept happening so I thought maybe it was mod related so I removed all my mods, was still happening, uninstalled the game and ragemp and reinstalled everything, and still the same thing is happening, I deleted the gta 5 folder in documents but didn't really do much, any help is appreciated is this only happening to myself, I don't crash in singleplayer and can always play the game at a reasonable fps on maxed out settings, I've tried lowering them all and messing around but still crashing, my specs are i9 10900k RTX 3090 32GB RAM 3TB M.2 SSD
  6. I can play the game, it's just when I pull the Redux mods into my directory, Rockstar Launcher like resets my files, I want to know how I can just keep my Redux in there without having to reinstall it every time I want to play
  7. So as the title says I'm having issues with mods and Rockstar launcher, I have to basically install redux every time I want to start which kind of sucks, is there anyway I can bypass this and stop having to drag the files back every time I want to play
