  1. Right.

    First and foremost, it's upsetting to see all of the falsehoods and attempts to fool myself and other administrator, especially since I gave you an opportunity to come clean—to admit your wrongdoings—but instead you chose to lie and try to deceive me, trying to twist the narrative to your advantage.

    No, it was not desync, and using it as an excuse is not going to cut it, given that Cristofor Ganea advised you what to say in case someone brings it up. Twice. I also have to mention that when I asked you for the footage, you told me that you did not record it because your PC's specifications are not good enough to record the game. However, in-game, you informed Cristofor Ganea that you have a recording as well if it is required.

    Moving on, the evidence is pretty much right there, your character ran Scott Kearney over, even if he did not pose any threat for anyone at that time, and the rule is very much so straightforward.

    1. "A character may only run over (ram) another player over if a character's life is at risk. This should not be done excessively"

    While going over the incident logs, I found another rule violation in addition to deathmatching. Multiple PMs between Ion Druta and Cristofor Ganea are blatant metagaming and encouraging a looting mentality, which is unacceptable. Ion Druta was sending Cristofor continuous PMs, and he kept sending them, responding to Cristofor's queries, even when Cristofor wasn't responding back, which strongly suggests that you two have been utilizing OOC ways to communicate information that should only be relayed through IC channels, and the PMs between you two proves just that.

    Moving forward, I must discuss the misuse of /fixrevive. Ion Druta utilized it while in the death state, which violates the powergaming rule, and violates the scope for which the command has been implemented for. You can use /fixrevive only if you've died as a result of a bug. Regarding Cristofor's use of /fixrevive, I understand that you used it solely because you had fallen through the map, although, due to the circumstances in which you were involved, you should have /reported instead of taking matters into your own hands.

    Finally, I want to comment on the scenario's generally lackluster and subpar roleplay that has been displayed. First and foremost, the escalation was uncalled for. Drawing the switchblade and stabbing them, which culminated in a gunfight. You had so many avenues of roleplay that you could've taken before attempting to handle this specific incident, and out of all possibilities, you decided to draw out your switchblade and stab Scott Kearney, which then resulted in a shooting. Furthermore, rolling up to someone, disembarking, stabbing them, and then claiming that it was a mistake a few seconds later after you roleplayed that is not going to cut it. Your intentions were crystal clear, and instead of assuming your mistake and having some sense of accountability — you decided to lie as well.

    As a result of the above, I am voiding this incident and imposing the administrative consequences listed below. Take this time off to think about the roleplay you want to perform when you return, and make sure to read up on the rules to avoid situations like this in the future.

    1. Ion Druta — because he is also involved in another forum report that I am handling, the punishment he receives there will be added to this conclusion. Thereafter, Ion Druta will receive a ban with a chance to appeal in the future for the following: Blatant metagaming, showcasing a play to win mentality, vehicle deathmatching, abusing /fixrevive after he's been put into death state, and returning to a conflict after he's been PK'd.;
    2. Cristofor Ganea — will receive a 2-day ban for metagaming;
    3. Romario Burlacu — due to his extensive administrative record, will receive a 4-day ban for deathmatching, poor escalation and subpar roleplay.

    The incident will be voided. Report concluded.

  2. Alrighty.

    After reviewing the logs and every piece of evidence that was presented, the following happened on the first conflict that you've had with them:

    1. Ion Druta was killed by Noah Mitchell;
    2. Cristofor Ganea was badly injured, but he was not put in the wounded state; he got to the hospital in a timely manner;
    3. I could not find any evidence of Rocco Marciano being involved in the incident where Ion died and Cristofor got injured.

    Cristofor Ganea and Rocco Marciano won't receive any punishment, but heed this stern warning: before you get involved in a conflict, make sure that the participants haven't been PK'd. You cannot claim that you were unaware that Ion Druta didn't have any fatal wounds; you were present during the incident and even drove Druta to the hospital.

    I'm going to add the penalty he would have received from this forum report to the other conclusion in light of the aforementioned information and another ongoing forum report on Ion Druta.

  3. Thank you for your input, @jany.

    I have more than enough evidence to conclude this report.

    As we can see from the screenshots provided by the reported party, there was no conscious attempt to manipulate the situation for his personal profit, nor was there any attempt to deceive goddessoflife.

    Additionally, to touch on the powergaming accusation, while Jany's character could have been identified by the deputies that were attending to the pursuit (the OOC evidence is in the court's case that Jany's character was close to the dash cam, and he was on several occasions close to the deputies, which could've identified him had they known his character), no one followed up after Hakim Tidjani evaded them and he successfully escaped. No arrest warrant was submitted, so Hakim Tidjani was not wanted. Therefore, the Department of Motor Vehicles wouldn't have any reason to deny the plate change, as his character was not wanted. If he had been? Sure, then that would've been an issue.

    Thus, with all the above mentioned, I am going to conclude this report. No action will be taken.

  4. I'll proceed further and conclude this report. I don't require anything else from you two.

    The snarky remark was completely unnecessary and out of place. Consider this a verbal warning, and it goes without saying that you should be mindful about what you tell other players.

    Report concluded.

  5.

    I have two questions for Ion Druta and Cristofor Ganea.

    • Why did you two abuse /fixrevive?
    • Ion Druta and Cristofor Ganea, did you happen to be on Discord, or did you utilize any other kind of OOC means of communication to pass on IC information?

    And one question for Ion Druta.

    • I'm going to give you one chance to come clean. Are you sure that it was a desync situation - or are you saying that because someone instructed you what to say?

    Keep in mind that @squeezy still has to post on behalf of the group, so the players behind Ion Druta and Cristofor Ganea will have to send him the answers to my queries.

  6. I will not accept any back and forth. If I wasn't clear enough, I'll say it again.
