The said gangsters aren't supposed to do anything to earn that fear, it's the reason why teenage kids join gangs from an early age, they're hungry for the power and respect; aside from that fact, you're supposed to roleplay fear whenever there's a weapon involved. You're generalizing the entirety of gang roleplayers under the assumption that they don't roleplay fear from police or civilians calling the police on them, most gang roleplayers I've interacted with as a member of SD do roleplay fear from the police and switch up their behavior whenever they're in a tough situation. This discussion thread won't be any different than the hundred others that were posted over the course of four years, it'll end up turning into an Illegal RPers v. Legal RP'ers argument thread.
