OOC Information The Gaspetta Crew is a realism focused LCN RP Faction that is attempting to introduce a different mix of roleplay than a traditional family. Our focus is on a smaller scale setting that gradually develops into something bigger. We advise anyone wishing to join to understand that while our roleplay standards are very traditionally LCN focused, the overall faction structure will not be for a long time. Character and inter-faction development is highly encouraged as we are trying to portray a crew that is forming its own roots within Los Santos. If you wish to join but struggle to develop a strong character backstory, consider using the guide linked above and researching how actual Mobsters got their start for ideas. 2. If you wish to become connected, please use IC means to find out where The Gaspetta Crew operates and work your way in from there. While my Forum PMs are open for any questions/concerns about the Faction itself, I do not condone the use of MGing to get in. 3. As an Associate or higher of The Gaspetta Crew, your character represents us both IC and OOC. Failure to portray growth realistically or acting as a bad sport in OOC will be met with punishment up to and including being removed. Anyone wishing to join hereby accepts that, we reserve the right to CK on as a needed basis. Due to the RL LCN being carefully watched by the FBI in modern times, killings within crews are rare and only reserved for extreme cases.

I would support it if it lead to the creation of more varied roleplay. I'd like to see construction companies actually have to roleplay being inspected by the state for their electrical work on a job site. It would be great to see people forced to change their habits because the city has crews working on fixing a drainage pipe that burst near a major intersection. I can think of many others but you get the gist of it.
